Job Continues: I Will Maintain My Integrity

“As God lives, who hassch. 34:5 taken away my right,
and the Almighty, who hast[Ruth 1:20; 2 Kgs. 4:27] made my soul bitter,

as long as my breath is in me,
anduch. 33:4; [Gen. 2:7] the spirit of God is in my nostrils,

my lips will not speakvch. 13:7 falsehood,
and my tongue will not uttervch. 13:7 deceit.

Far be it from me to say that you are right;
till I die I will not put away mywch. 2:3, 9; [ch. 13:15] integrity from me.
