h[ch. 46:7, 8; Isa. 8:7] Behold, waters are risingiSee ch. 1:13 out of the north,
h[ch. 46:7, 8; Isa. 8:7] and shall become an overflowing torrent;

the city and those who dwell in it.
Men shall cry out,
and every inhabitant of the land shall wail.

At the noise of the stamping of the hoofs of his stallions,

How can it be quiet
