And he said, Here am I.3 And he said, I amGod, the Godof thy father: fearnot to go downinto Egypt; for I will there makeof thee a greatnation:4 I will go downwith thee into Egypt; and I will also surelybring thee upagain: and Josephshall puthis handupon thine eyes.5 And Jacobrose upfrom Beer–sheba: and the sonsof IsraelcarriedJacobtheir father, and their little ones, and their wives, in the wagonswhich Pharaohhad sentto carry him.6 And they tooktheir cattle, and their goods, which they had gottenin the landof Canaan, and cameinto Egypt, Jacob, and all his seed with him:7 His sons, and his sons'sonswith him, his daughters, and his sons'daughters, and all his seedbrought hewith him into Egypt.
8 And these arethe namesof the childrenof Israel, which cameinto Egypt, Jacoband his sons: Reuben, Jacob'sfirstborn.9 And the sonsof Reuben; Hanoch, and Phallu, and Hezron, and Carmi.

13 And the sonsof Issachar; Tola, and Phuvah, and Job, and Shimron.nPhuvah, and Job: or, Puah, and Jashub
14 And the sonsof Zebulun; Sered, and Elon, and Jahleel.15 These bethe sonsof Leah, which she bareunto Jacobin Padan–aram, with his daughterDinah: all the soulsof his sonsand his daughterswerethirtyand three.
16 And the sonsof Gad; Ziphion, and Haggi, Shuni, and Ezbon, Eri, and Arodi, and Areli.nZiphion: or, ZephonnEzbon: or, OzninArodi: or, Arod
17 And the sonsof Asher; Jimnah, and Ishuah, and Isui, and Beriah, and Serahtheir sister: and the sonsof Beriah; Heber, and Malchiel.18 These arethe sonsof Zilpah, whom Labangaveto Leahhis daughter, and these she bareunto Jacob, evensixteensouls.19 The sonsof RachelJacob'swife; Joseph, and Benjamin.
20 And unto Josephin the landof Egyptwere bornManassehand Ephraim, which Asenaththe daughterof Poti–pherahpriestof Onbare unto him.npriest: or, prince
21 And the sonsof BenjaminwereBelah, and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Ehi, and Rosh, Muppim, and Huppim, and Ard.nEhi: or, AhiramnMuppim: or, Shupham or, ShuppimnHuppim: or, Hupham22 These arethe sonsof Rachel, which were bornto Jacob: all the soulswerefourteen.

28 And he sentJudahbefore himunto Joseph, to directhis faceunto Goshen; and they cameinto the landof Goshen.29 And Josephmade readyhis chariot, and went upto meetIsraelhis father, to Goshen, and presentedhimself unto him; and he fellon his neck, and wepton his necka good while.30 And Israelsaidunto Joseph, Nowlet me die, sinceI have seenthy face, because thou artyetalive.31 And Josephsaidunto his brethren, and unto his father'shouse, I will go up, and shewPharaoh, and sayunto him, My brethren, and my father'shouse, which werein the landof Canaan, are come unto me;32 And the menareshepherds, for their trade hath been to feed cattle; and they have broughttheir flocks, and their herds, and all that they have.ntheir trade…: Heb. they are men of cattle33 And it shall come to pass, when Pharaohshall callyou, and shall say, What isyour occupation?34 That ye shall say, Thy servants'tradehath been about cattlefrom our youth even until now, both we, andalso our fathers: that ye may dwellin the landof Goshen; for every shepherdisan abominationunto the Egyptians.
